Today I visited the Joshua Tree national park. I didn’t have any idea on what to expect, and I thought it would be just one single big special tree just like on the cover of the leaflet I had.
I was all wrong. The park is absolutely filled with trees, a kind of which I have a very small version at home, which used to live in my parents garden and long before that in the garden of some stranger.
It was a really nice park and the only bad thing was that I could hardly get out of the car. It was so very hot it was unreal.
Update: After a little break I went to the same park again, but this time in the evening. I was the only tourist there and it was a great sensation driving around with loud Russian musical beats. (Tatu, the kamp-cd)
When the temperature is not deadly and can be supported Joshua Tree is a very beautiful park.
